Shipment Processing Time
We ship directly from multiple warehouses as soon as the order is processed.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a couple oi days. Therefore, please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In rare cases, if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Here are the estimated delivery dates after completing your purchase:
- EU 7-14 Business Days (we will try to expedite it as much as possible)
- US 7-14 Business Days (we will try to expedite it as much as possible)
- International 14-31 Business Days (we will try to expedite it as much as possible)
Delivery delays can occasionally occur (natural disasters, pandemics, situations out of the seller's control).
Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking
As soon as a tracking number is available, it will be added to your order details. You will be notified via email so that you can keep track of the delivery status every step of the way. You can also track the progress of your shipment here.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Nizeta is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes etc ) are the responsibility of the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs, taxes, or return to the sender, we will refund the cost of the product and retain the shipping charges.
Damages
Il you receive damaged merchandise, please take a picture and email the picture to us at support@nizeta.com right away. We will only replace damaged goods within 48 hours of receiving your order.
